QUALITY POLICY’

Management has as its objectives:
- The supply of products with technical characteristics that meet the quality requirements and are as free of defects as possible.
- Increasing the company's visibility by increasing its market share
- The pursuit of customer loyalty
- Achieving customer satisfaction
- Adherence to delivery times agreed with contractors
- Enforcement of occupational health and safety laws
- The assessment of the context in which the organisation operates in order to identify its risks and opportunities
- The pursuit of continuous improvement of the quality management system, considering the stakeholders and their needs and expectations
- Using resources efficiently and consciously, avoiding waste and favouring sustainable choices over time
- Combating climate change by identifying and adopting corporate measures to improve its environmental and energy performance
The Management, having considered the objectives, has decided to implement and support a Quality Management System capable of meeting the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001.
To meet these requirements, the Management, with the help of the necessary human resources and means, undertakes to
- Understanding, implementing and supporting quality policy at all levels
- Determine and assign roles and responsibilities
- Define and achieve the necessary training levels through annual planning and subsequent recording of this training
- Define and implement control, testing and monitoring programmes to prevent “non-conformities” and contain the costs of non-quality
- Formalise, as far as necessary, the activities affecting Quality in order to provide objective evidence of them
- Periodically measure the adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of the Quality Management System
- Comply with applicable product safety laws and regulations
- Respect contractual clauses and requirements
- Adapt the Quality Management System to customer needs and expectations
- Activating continuous improvement processes of the Quality Management System
All SEVI KABEL S.R.L. personnel are responsible for the punctual application of the prescriptions contained in the quality manual and the procedures referred to therein.
Management reviews the Quality Management System at least once a year to establish and ensure its compliance with the requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001 Standard and the programmes and objectives defined as a strategy.
