c) PURPOSE, LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROCESSING The data referred to in point b, are provided by the data subject.

Exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes, the data will be made known not only to the internal staff units competent in this regard, but also to external collaborators entrusted with their processing, the list of which is available at the holder's premises

There are no transfers of Personal Data to recipients outside the European Union

All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and proportionality, only in the manner, including computerised and telematic methods, strictly necessary to pursue the purposes described above. In any case, personal data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated. Personal data whose storage is not necessary or for which storage is not envisaged by current legislation, in relation to the purposes indicated, will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form. Please note that the information systems used to manage the information collected are configured, from the outset, to minimise the use of data.
